Inexorably, The Most Educated Africans leaving the continent, They will Sell Their Knowledge, under Better Skies. Where are the Intellectuals? Mainly In the United KINGDOM, United States, Canada, France, Holland, Germany ,Belgium to mention but few. In some African Countries, This Migration is taking Alarming Proportions. In Nigeria, for example, Total Brain will seek their fortunes in the North(Develop Country) and it  is estimated at 10 000 university (more than 5 Millions GRADUATE) while those left behind are just above the 15 000 individuals. at this RATE, It will not Remain Great World to REFLECT ON PROBLEMS of  AFRICA, particularly Nigeria............
